A well-established women's fashion boutique in Northbridge is seeking a commercially minded Store Manager to take ownership of an existing store and lift it to its next level of performance through strong leadership, customer connection, and local community engagement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, building real relationships with loyal customers, and creating a warm, consistent, and high-service environment.
The Opportunity You'll be stepping into a store with strong foundations and an established customer base, with clear scope to improve performance through proactive leadership and local business development.
This is a hands-on role where success comes from consistency - driving service standards, coaching a small team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects care and attention to detail.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week (No late nights, no weekends, no public holidays)



What You'll Be Responsible For Leading day-to-day store operations with confidence and structure Driving sales through exceptional customer service and relationship building Coaching and developing a small team to improve performance and consistency Building robust local clientele and community presence Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards Managing stock, administration, and operational compliance Taking ownership of store performance and commercial outcomes What They're Looking For Previous retail management experience (fashion preferred) Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop others A natural focus on customer relationships and service excellence Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to sales growth Strong organisation and follow-through A calm, consistent leadership style suited to a boutique environment Salary Advantages $65,000 - $68,000 + super (flexible for the right person) Full-time Monday-Friday roster (38 hours) No weekends, no late nights, no public holidays Seasonal wardrobe allowance Staff discounts and performance-based incentives Supportive, established brand with loyal clientele If you're looking for a leadership role where you can make a visible difference in a store while maintaining genuine work-life balance, this is a strong next step.
