About the role: Working directly with a leading Partner with over 25 years of experience.
Advise a high-profile clients ranging from high net-worth individuals to national and international companies, across a wide array of industries Work on a challenging and varied matters, such as sales and acquisition, shareholder agreements, licensing, capital raising, intellectual property and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate: There are 2 roles: junior role is 2 PQE+ and then the senior role is 4 PQE+ A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by robust academic records.
Up to date knowledge of relevant laws and legislations.
Excellent communication,



analytical drafting skills.
Team player, with the ability to manage and delegate work.
Strong time management skills in order to manage competing matters.
