About the Role The Retail Manager (Quick Food) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient customer service, maintaining food quality and operational standards, supervising staff, and supporting the commercial performance of the business.
The role requires strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently throughout all trading periods.
Location: Unit ***** Bryants Road, Loganholme QLD **** Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 + Superannuation Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fast-food restaurant to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow Determine product mix, monitor stock levels, and maintain appropriate inventory to support daily trading requirements Coordinate purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and ingredients Implement pricing, promotional, and sales initiatives in accordance with business objectives Monitor customer service standards and promptly resolve customer enquiries and complaints Supervise, roster, train, and support restaurant staff to maintain efficient operations and service quality Monitor food preparation, service efficiency,



cleanliness, and presentation standards to ensure compliance with company procedures Maintain stock control, inventory records, and minimise wastage through effective stock management practices Prepare and maintain sales, cash handling, and operational records, and assist with budgeting and cost control Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and relevant regulatory requirements Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the restaurant Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve operational targets and deliver a consistent customer experience Candidate Requirements Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Management, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 1-2 years of full-time relevant work experience in a retail or fast-food management role Experience managing staff within a fast-food, quick service, or hospitality environment Strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills Experience with stock control, rostering, cash handling, and daily operational management Sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and retail operations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Only candidates currently residing in Australia will be shortlisted How to Apply Please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the position.
