The Chance Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their international freight movements are managed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with customers, overseas offices, operations teams and management, you will play a key role in ensuring shipments move seamlessly from booking through to final delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership.
Your Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts Coordinate international Air Sea Freight shipments from booking through to delivery Provide proactive communication and updates to customers Liaise with overseas offices and global agents to ensure shipment deadlines are achieved Maintain accurate shipment milestones and documentation Ensure customer SOPs are followed and continually improved Prepare customer KPI reporting Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally Coordinate Customs, Biosecurity and compliance requirements Ensure accurate and timely invoicing Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems and service delivery About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience within International Freight Forwarding Customer Service Strong understanding of Import and/or Export Air Sea Freight operations Experience managing customer accounts and shipment requirements Experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused attitude Ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team Why Join?
