Accounting Accounts Clerk Sydney Permanent / Full Time Accounts Officer Hybrid | Sydney CBD | 2 Days Work From Home An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Officer to join a highly regarded organisation with a strong National presence.

It is a varied hands-on role supporting the day-to-day transactional finance function, ensuring financial processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You'll work across banking, accounts payable, reconciliations, supplier maintenance, and payment processing while also providing broader support across finance operations.

Key Responsibilities Process daily banking transactions and receipts Maintain supplier records and complete supplier verification processes Perform cashbook and bank reconciliations Process supplier payments Support accounts payable and wider transactional finance activities Assist with payroll, reporting,



and general accounting tasks as required Respond to internal stakeholder requests and provide finance support across the business Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Provide support to the Team Leader when required About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment.
3+ years' experience within an Accounting or Finance position Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and transactional finance processes Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Confident communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience using ERP systems What's on Offer?
