About the role A need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative to join their small but happy team.
In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role you will be responsible for: Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing Providing quotes to customers via phone or email Inputting sales orders Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system Skills experience As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
