As the Property Management Assistant, you will support a high-performing Senior Property Manager while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse hybrid portfolio.

What you'll be doing: Assist with routine inspections and property condition reports Support with final bond inspections and follow up as required Manage inbox enquiries and provide clear, timely communication to tenants and landlords Prepare lease documentation, renewal notices, and associated paperwork Maintain accurate records and assist in monitoring rental arrears Advertise rental properties with high-quality and professional marketing Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades efficiently Collaborate closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure seamless portfolio management Work respectfully and cooperatively in an open-plan team workplace Learn and adapt AI tools and technology to improve efficiency What you'll need: 1–2 years experience in a Real Estate Agency (highly considered) Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills Experience using IRE and Property Me (preferred but not essential) Willingness to learn legislation and stay current with industry updates A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset Ability to work under pressure and support multiple deadlines Ambition to develop into a Property Manager role What's in it for you: Company Car (package benefits depending on experience) Paid CPD's and ongoing professional development No leasing required Dedicated mentorship from a Senior Property Manager Exposure to a hybrid portfolio Supportive team environment with pathways for career progression Competitive remuneration and job stability How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click the "APPLY" button.
