The Role Oversee daily kitchen operations across all hotel outlets while executing menus with the Executive Chef, maintaining food quality and high-volume standards, leading and developing kitchen teams, and managing ordering, rostering, prep levels, and inventory to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective kitchen performance.
