Position Title: Coffee Machine Technician / Licensed Electrical Worker (Full time) Location: Gold Coast Brisbane, QLD (field-based across Southeast Queensland; occasional regional travel may be required) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 38 hours per week + participation in an after-hours on-call roster (rotating basis) Remuneration Base salary: $80,000+ per annum (excluding superannuation).

About the Business Xtracted Espresso Solutions QLD Pty Ltd is an established coffee equipment service and support business servicing commercial customers.
We provide installation, maintenance and repair services for commercial espresso machines and associated equipment.
The Role We are seeking a qualified Coffee Machine Technician / Licensed Electrical Worker to join our service team.
The role involves servicing commercial coffee equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.




Key Duties • Installation and commissioning of commercial espresso machines and equipment • Diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical faults • Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing • Customer training and support on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting • Accurate service reporting and documentation • Participation in an after-hours on-call roster on a rotating basis Skills and Experience Required Applicants must demonstrate: • Current QLD Electrical Work Licence (or ability to obtain/transfer where applicable) • Current Australian driver's licence • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment in a service/field environment • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance Highly regarded: • Previous experience servicing commercial espresso machines or similar commercial equipment • Refrigeration or related technical exposure (where relevant) How to Apply Please submit: • Your resume; and • A brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and licences.
