AO3 Business Support Officer Toowoomba $***** per hour + superannuation Full-time, temporary contract (Monday – Friday) QLD Government About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Support Officer to provide administrative support within a busy Construction Management team.
This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and robust Microsoft Office skills.
You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and provide a wide variety of administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Construction Management Team Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing action items Assist with purchase requisitions and related administrative processes Complete and maintain Job Card entries accurately Maintain records, documentation,
