Data Test Analyst Location - Melbourne / Hybrid Rate - $800 - $900 p.d. Duration - 3 month contract + extensions A major Australian brand is rebuilding the data layer behind its platform and needs a tester who treats it as engineering work, not a box tick.
You'll validate transformations across the warehouse, extend a live dbt test suite, and raise issues straight against the PR.
The role Reconciliation SQL across warehouse layers Build and extend dbt tests, including custom tests Review PRs and raise issues at the point of change Validate warehouse models for correct grain What you'll bring Solid SQL, BigQuery dialect dbt fundamentals and dbt testing Layered warehouse modelling experience Insurance or claims data a bonus, not essential Please apply with your updated CV including all relevant experience.
