-[work flexibility, social, health/well- being+ community] WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience [up to SENIOR ASSOCIATE level] as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ]; have a degree or higher qualifications [preferably a PHD] in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or similar; have solid hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting patents ; have strong technical +communication/people/leadership skills + commercial acumen; are committed to furthering your own SUCCESS to the MAX with a 1st-Class employer of choice; are willing to relocate to Sydney or Melbourne long-term/permanently.
