With clinics in Palmerston and Tiwi, we also provide services in hospitals, residential aged care facilities and clients' homes throughout the Darwin region.
Our team supports clients across: Weight management (including GLP-1 therapy) Bariatric surgery Gastrointestinal health Chronic disease management Paediatric nutrition Malnutrition Sports nutrition Aged care Disability and NDIS services About the Role: Private practice consultations Hospital inpatient services Residential aged care NDIS and community visits Group education sessions Health promotion and resource development This role involves travel throughout the Darwin region.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required, with approved work-related travel reimbursed.
What You'll Be Doing: Deliver evidence-based nutrition assessment, intervention and review Develop individualised nutrition care plans Build strong relationships with clients,
