About the Role A senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the full operational performance of a multifaceted hospitality venue.
This role drives excellence across front of house, food and beverage, events, and back of house coordination, while ensuring robust financial outcomes.
Key focus areas include increasing functions and events revenue, managing the full events life cycle, and maintaining operational efficiency across staffing, service delivery, and compliance.
