We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (Community) to join our growing Northern Rivers team.

About the Role As a Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
Working autonomously while supported by a collaborative team, you will play a key role in improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based clinical care including wound care, medication administration, and catheter care Conducting holistic assessments and developing tailored care plans Supporting clients to achieve their goals through enablement and wellness approaches Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and care reporting Liaising with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams Providing guidance and support to care staff in the field Participating in quality improvement and risk management initiatives What You'll Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)



Minimum 1-2 years experience in aged care, community care, or related field is required Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation Current Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle Valid National Police Check must be held before commencing employment Australian work rights are required for this position Desirable Skills Experience Experience with complex care (e.g. dementia, palliative care, dysphagia, tracheostomy care) Knowledge of risk assessments and person-centred care planning Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Why Join Right at Home?
