Expressions of Interest Leading Commercial Construction Company *Currently accepting expressions of interest for this role* Key Responsibilities: *Pricing bid packages *Requesting and negotiating pricing from sub-contractors *Establish pricing schedules *Review specifications and drawings to complete bid review forms *Perform bid evaluations *Create Bills of materials from drawings *Follow up tender results and update tender register Ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes: *Previous experience in a similar role as a Commercial Estimator *Experience working on medium to large scale commercial construction projects in WA *Ability to produce competitive and accurate estimates for large scale projects *Commercial negotiation experience and well developed influencing skills *Solid knowledge of the risks related to the commercial construction industry is essential *Experience with established relationships with key sub-contractors and suppliers in metro and regional WA is essential *High ability to meet deadlines, productive within a high pressure work environment *High attention to detail, technically, in particular in the review of client/job scope, brief and requirements To be successful in this position, you will have worked within the commercial sector on various projects throughout WA.
