Monash Health's Older Adult Mental Health Service is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join the PGNH In‐Reach Team based at Kingston Centre, Cheltenham. The role delivers specialist psychological assessment and intervention to residents in Monash Health Residential Aged Care Facilities, including Boollam Boollam Aged Care and Chestnut Gardens.
You will contribute to multidisciplinary care planning, support complex presentations like dementia, depression, psychosis, and trauma, and participate
