We're partnering with one of the world's leading food ingredient businesses to appoint a specialist Business Development Manager focused on growing relationships across Australia's bakery, patisserie and food manufacturing sector.
This is a genuine demand creation role. You'll identify and win new business with major manufacturers, work alongside R&D; and commercial teams on innovation projects, and become a trusted partner to customers developing the next generation of bakery and sweet goods.
We're looking for someone who understands the language of bakers, food technologists and product developers as comfortably as they understand commercial growth.
Bakery, pastry or patisserie
Food ingredients or chocolate
Food technology or product development
Technical sales or business development within food manufacturing
Perhaps you started your career as a baker, pastry chef or food technologist before moving into commercial roles.



Or maybe you've built your career selling ingredients into industrial bakery manufacturers.
Just as significant is cultural fit. You'll join a collaborative, low-ego team that enjoys working together, sharing opportunities and helping each other succeed.
