We're looking for someone who is comfortable using smartphones and technology—or willing to learn—because that's how modern construction businesses operate.
About the Role
You'll manage between
2–4 kitchen and bathroom renovation projects
from demolition through to completion.




Our Construction Manager takes care of scheduling trades and ordering materials so you can focus on:
Delivering exceptional workmanship
Leading your projects
Looking after clients
Producing renovations you're proud to put your name on
Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality carpentry to WC Builders' standards
Manage renovation projects from start to finish
Keep clients informed and confident throughout their renovation
Communicate daily with our Construction Manager using Buildertrend
Coordinate trades and prevent issues before they arise
Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of tradespeople
Maintain safe, organised and professional worksites
Think ahead to keep projects running efficiently
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is a qualified carpenter
Has at least 4 years' experience after completing their apprenticeship
Has experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations (preferred)
Takes genuine pride in producing quality work
Is organised and takes ownership of their projects
Communicates well with clients, subcontractors and teammates
Enjoys mentoring apprentices
Is confident using smartphones, apps and modern job management systems (or learns quickly)
Reads plans carefully and identifies potential improvements
Solves problems proactively
Maintains high standards without cutting corners
Desirable Skills




Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
Plastering
Waterproofing
Tiling
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical

What We Offer
