About the Role:
One Key Resources is recruiting multiple permanent Production Mining Operators (Excavator & Dozer) to join the production team on a Permanent basis with TerraCom at Blair Athol Mine, located 20 minutes from Clermont in Central Queensland. You will work as part of a structured crew on a rotating roster, with options for local residents or DIDO candidates from Mackay and surrounding coastal and regional communities.
Duties:
Operate large production excavators and/or dozers safely to meet shift targets
Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects promptly
Maintain accurate GPS production system records throughout operations
Work with supervisors and crew members to achieve daily production goals
Uphold a safety-first, team-focused and high-performing work culture
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating
SSE signed training transcripts
Current Driver's Licence




Full Australian working rights
Excavator Operators:
Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
EX****, L****, EX****** (or similar) with GPS production systems
Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
Cat D10T and/or D11T (or similar) with GPS production systems
