Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process customer orders
via phone and email accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
Assist with pick packing
orders to ensure timely delivery
Support branch operations
and collaborate with team members to meet goals
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
Experience in customer service or sales would be
preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads




Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission
considered advantageous
A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
Who are you?
A strong customer service focus
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience
in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
A proactive
and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong computer skills
, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
A willingness
to learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
A team-oriented
mindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.
