About the Role
You'll work within residential aged care facilities, delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while supporting residents and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Your responsibilities will include:




Medication administration and clinical assessments
Care planning and documentation
Wound management
Leading and supporting care staff
Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes
Delivering protected, evidence-based nursing care
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent residential aged care experience
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
Flexibility to travel and work across Regional Victoria
