About the Opportunity
As our
Assistant Venue Manager
, you'll work alongside an experienced Venue Manager, gaining exposure to every aspect of running a successful hotel. This is an opportunity to develop your leadership capability, strengthen your commercial skills and prepare yourself for future Venue Manager opportunities.
You'll have the autonomy to lead shifts, coach your team, drive performance and make a genuine impact on the success of the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
Building a positive, engaged and accountable team culture.
Coaching and developing team members to achieve their best.
Driving operational excellence across service, compliance and presentation.
Supporting financial performance through labour management, stock control and revenue growth.
Working closely with the Venue Manager to achieve business goals and continuous improvement.
Creating an environment where both customers and employees enjoy being part of the venue.

You're someone who enjoys hospitality, loves leading people, and wants to continue building your career.

A proven ability to deliver results while maintaining high service standards.
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A desire to continue learning, growing and progressing within the hospitality industry.
Previous leadership experience in a hotel, pub, club or hospitality venue.
Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
