Business Development Manager – Luxury Lighting | Architectural & Design
A leading luxury lighting company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium lighting brand, working closely with architects, interior designers, and design professionals to deliver exceptional lighting solutions across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
With a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and design excellence, this business partners with leading architects and designers to ensure their products are specified across prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, builders, developers, and key industry stakeholders
Drive product specification opportunities across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Manage the full business development and sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to specification and project completion
Conduct client presentations, showroom appointments,



and industry networking activities to grow brand presence and generate new opportunities
Skills & Experience
Must have previous experience in a similar Business Development, Specification Sales, or Account Management role within luxury lighting, architectural products, interiors, furniture, or a related design-led industry
Established relationships with architects, interior designers builders, developers, or other design professionals
Strong understanding of the architectural and interiors industry, with experience influencing product selections and specifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to salesJoin a highly regarded luxury lighting brand recognised for design excellence, quality, and craftsmanship
