About the Role
As an
Experienced Assistant Educator
, you'll work collaboratively with our Room Leaders, Educational Leader and management team to provide exceptional education and care.
You will:
Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
Support the delivery of engaging and intentional learning experiences
Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programming
Maintain high standards of active supervision and child safety
Support routines, transitions and the daily operation of your room
Contribute ideas and initiative to continually improve practice
Work collaboratively and positively with your team
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the
EYLF and National Quality Standard
Be a positive role model and contribute to our culture of excellence
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has
demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
Holds a




Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Has a strong understanding of the
EYLF, NQS and child-safe practices
Is confident in active supervision and maintaining safe environments
Is reliable, professional and takes initiative
Builds genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
Is confident contributing to programming and documentation
Works effectively within a collaborative team
Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
Holds a current
Working With Children Check
