Your Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving sales growth.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing expert advice on tyres, wheels and automotive services
Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions




Building solid customer relationships that generate repeat business
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Preparing accurate quotes and managing customer enquiries
Working closely with our workshop team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales expertise
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and has the confidence to turn conversations into sales.
We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive, tyre or retail sales
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
A current Australian Driver's Licence
