NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER | REBATE CLAIMING
This is a national organisation who provide the service to claim rebate and accessing funding for the energy market within solar, battery, heat pump, air conditioning and more. They provide technical compliance for other brands installing projects through the energy schemes nationally in the VEU, ESC, REPS and more.
Providing the compliance and technical services to create and trade energy certificates for installers and direct sales companies they claim funding for STCs, ESCs, VEECs and much more for Battery, Solar, Air Con, Heat Pump, Lighting and more.
They have a team senior compliance and administrative professionals who drive the operation across VIC and NSW and have been on a linear curb of growth with no signs of slowing down as the continually win more market share due to their excellence.
The position:
The position as National Operations Manager is a senior role working closely with the C level Management overseeing Compliance Managers and Compliance Officers & QA Specialists. You will aid in operational efficiency, strategy, ongoing improvement, workflow management, reporting and advancements. Some key responsibilities will include:
Operational management and efficiency
Optimise workflow efficiencies and better processes
Help change old manual functions to new technology workflows
Ensure alignment is maintained for regulatory responsibilities
People management of the team in compliance of x7
Assess weekly workflow and delivery against goals
Take lead on communication with regulators and third parties
Manage second level of communication to partners and clients
Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained through processes




Develop corrective plans for compliance issues
Melbourne Inner City office with 1 day WFH
National team but you're based in VIC full time, rare travel to Sydney for team events
Salary range $130,000 - $135,000 + Super

The experience necessary:
To be considered for this role you need to have existing experience from the related industries to energy where you have managed compliance and quality assurance, ideally energy markets toward certificates for VEU and ESC otherwise anything related with a governing body.
The main requirements are:
Experience enhancing workflows of teams
Ability to assess operational output and spot inefficiencies
Ideally experience working with API's or technology systems
Help select 3rd party vendors for IT or recent workflow platforms
Strong compliance and analytical skills given the nature of this industry
People management skills to drive positive results
Not essential but a benefit if experience from VEU or ESS
Ability to drive spot areas for improvement and enhance operations
Fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
