About the Role
Due to exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced
Trade Assistant
to join our site-based team for the
Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre (AWRC) project
– a significant initiative by Sydney Water, located in
Kemps Creek, Western Sydney
. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Hand and power tools operations.




Installation of mechanical plant, piping and structural steel.
Spotting WAH and confined space tasks.
Maintain clean and organised work areas.
Willing to continuously assist tradesman with their duties.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience on major construction sites.
Basic knowledge of mechanical installation and familiarity with tools and equipment.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, drilling, and grinding.
Working at Heights (WAH) and Confined Space certifications (required).
EWP and Telehandler certifications (preferred but not essential).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
