We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager – International Business (Southeast Asia) to lead our business development initiatives throughout Southeast Asia by establishing strategic partnerships, promoting Australian residential property projects and expanding our international referral network.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement international business development strategies across Southeast Asia.
Establish and maintain relationships with overseas real estate agencies, migration agents, financial advisers, education consultants and referral partners.
Promote Australian residential property developments to overseas buyers and investors.
Generate qualified buyer enquiries and manage client relationships throughout the sales process.
Organise webinars, investment seminars and property presentations.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns targeting Southeast Asian markets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Represent AUV Real Estate at networking events, exhibitions and international business meetings.
Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, international business development or real estate.




Strong understanding of Southeast Asian business culture and property investment markets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Language Requirements Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese and Khmer is essential due to the role's responsibility for managing business relationships, negotiations and client communications with partners and investors across Cambodia, China and the wider Southeast Asian region Preferred Qualifications Experience in Australian real estate, project marketing or property investment.
Existing network of business contacts within Southeast Asia.
Experience working with overseas investors and migration-related clients.
Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or a related discipline.
