As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build high-performing teams and support our expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join Wobbi Logix as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent for roles within transport, logistics, warehousing, operations and corporate services.
You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce while creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboarding
Write and advertise engaging job advertisements across all recruitment platforms
Source, screen and interview candidates across a wide range of roles
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice
Conduct reference checks and manage all pre-employment compliance




Coordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the business
Provide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practices
Maintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS data
Promote a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experience
About You
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources
Experience recruiting within transport, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
Experience using recruitment platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
HR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageous
