Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join their workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business with long term work, contemporary equipment, and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills working on specialised heavy transport equipment.
Light Or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic $50 - $55 base rate + penalties (after 7.6hrs) Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 4:00pm Saturday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (Occasional) *****hr weeks About the Role Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs Performing routine servicing including hydraulics inspections, oil changes, brake inspections, and operational testing Inspecting heavy vehicles for structural issues and determining required repairs Repairing or replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic,



and electrical components Working with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment Completing testing to ensure machinery and systems are functioning correctly Maintaining records of inspections, work completed, and parts used Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures What We Are Looking For Trade qualified Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Experience working on heavy vehicles, trailers, or transport equipment Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills Knowledge of hydraulics, braking systems, and vehicle electrical systems Forklift (LF) licence - advantageous Rigging or dogging tickets - advantageous To Apply If you are interested in applying for this position, please click "Apply" or email ****** with your current resume.
