You will receive hands-on mentoring, develop deep technical knowledge, and gradually take on greater client management responsibilities as you grow.
With full support, you will manage a client portfolio and oversee the end-to-end advice process.
Your day-to-day will involve: Meeting with clients to understand their objectives and risk protection needs.
Preparing and presenting tailored personal risk insurance advice.
Managing the implementation process and ongoing client reviews.
Handling day-to-day client enquiries and outstanding requirements.
Supporting business development and professional development initiatives.
About You:



We are looking for a proactive professional with strong attention to detail who wants to build a long-term career in risk advice.
Ideally, you bring: Qualifications as a Financial Adviser (or working towards it).
Prior experience within financial services, insurance, or a client-facing wealth role.
Proficiency using Xplan .
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, team-first attitude.
