YOUR NEW ROLE As one of their valued key lawyers in NSW, reporting to the Managing Partner (an industry-leading top calibre Accredited Specialist), you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their institutional/historical abuse claims.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files+ manage your own practice- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
ONLY IF YOU desire a mixed hybrid role, some scope to practice in 1 other non-abuse area of personal injury law (eg public liability, medical negligence) if you have relevant experience.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have minimum 2+ YEARS in personal injury law including minimum 12 months in institutional abuse law (essential)-either plaintiff or defendant; are hands-on (essential) and desire to have your own practice+clients; have robust technical knowledge +drafting advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven ; are ambitious + commercially astute with a high level of emotional intelligence; have proven ability to work well in a busy , fast-paced environment; are hungry to fulfil your potential to the MAX + accelerate your career with a leading plaintiff firm long-term.
