Leading a team of developers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and deliver innovative outcomes.
We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, mentor a team, influence technical direction, and confidently translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Power Platform development team and provide technical direction Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps and Power Platform solutions Act as the technical lead across application design, development, deployment and support Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions Drive development standards,



governance and best practices Oversee integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems Mentor developers and support capability uplift across the team Manage releases and deployment processes through Azure DevOps/GitHub Key Requirements: Leadership Stakeholder Management Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build credibility with business and technical stakeholders Solid requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and consulting skills Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience solutioning and developing Power Apps applications Power Apps Canvas Apps Power Apps Model-Driven Apps Microsoft Dataverse (advanced data modelling) Power Fx (delegation and performance optimisation) Power Automate (complex cloud flows) Custom Connectors REST API Integrations Azure Logic Apps Azure DevOps/GitHub Operations Support Systems (OSS) experience/knowledge Highly Regarded Telecommunications industry experience Power Platform Solution Architecture experience Microsoft Azure integration experience If you're a seasoned Power Platform professional looking to take ownership of a critical platform, lead a talented team and work on high-impact projects, we'd love to hear from you.
