They are building luxury multi-residential apartment complexes throughout Brisbane.
The Builder / Developer is growing quickly and ideally these hires will form the foundation of their future leadership team.
They are open to seasoned Site Manager or Foreman who are looking to move into the next phase of their career.
All projects are at the piling stage and looking for a Site Manager who will be there from start to finish.
Locations: Chermside – Luxury multi-residential apartment complex (4 down, 7 up) Cleveland – Work near the waterfront (2 down, 4 up) Coopers Plains – Central Location (2 down, 4 up) Responsibilities Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Managing subcontractors and suppliers,



fostering strong working relationships.
Coordinating project timelines, resources, and schedules.
Keeping a close eye on project budgets and costs.
Problem-solving, making critical decisions to address any challenges that arise.
