YOUR NEW ROLE As a key VIP (very important person) in the winning New Client Enquiries Team of this highly acclaimed famous plaintiff personal injury law firm , you will love being the FIRST professional phone contact for all new clients (for Motor Vehicle Accidents, Work Accidents, Public Liability, Medical Negligence and Total and Permanent Disability Claims).
You will love the variety+ challenge +satisfaction: doing an initial 'fact-find', assessing client enquiries, attending to their initial queries, determining which solicitor/s are best suited to help them, allocating solicitors to clients, arranging client-solicitor meetings and administration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have minimum 1 year OR MORE experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal OR in client services/customer service ; have worked in law firms/insurance company+ have some experience with personal injury/insurance law (preferable) OR have serious genuine interest in personal injury law (essential); are NOT a law student OR if you are, you are not due to be admitted within the next ***** months; are a real 'PEOPLE' person , with proven outstanding customer-service , are patient,thick-skinned and empatheti c; have a warm +friendly professional PHONE manner+ POSITIVE attitude ; thrive in a busy, vibrant and fast-paced environment; have strong Microsoft WORD skills, typing speed min 55wpm+ experience with using legal software /customer relationship management software; are hungry to progress your career FULL-TIME with a top personal injury law firm and be mentored by people who will help you succeed.
