This role is responsible for managing the overall operation of the retail business, ensuring strong sales results, effective team performance, and exceptional customer service standards.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in retail leadership and the ability to manage all aspects of store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities Direct and coordinate retail operations to achieve business goals and sales objectives.
Establish sales targets and implement strategies to maximize store revenue.
Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to improve business performance.
Manage ordering, purchasing, supplier coordination, and stock availability.
Oversee inventory control procedures including stockades and loss prevention activities.
Organize promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product presentation.
Supervise, train,



and develop retail employees to maintain high performance standards.
Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and manage daily staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and company procedures.
Monitor customer service standards and handle escalated customer issues.
Maintain operational records, sales reports, financial documentation, and administrative processes.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and improving overall store profitability.
Essential Criteria Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar position.
Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve performance targets.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Solid written and verbal communication abilities.
