We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join a well-established Australian organisation specialising in salary packaging and novated leasing.
This is a primarily phone-based role, managing a high volume of inbound customer enquiries, while also providing administrative support through email inbox management and customer record maintenance.
This is an initial 3-month temporary contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and your performance.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm $***** per hour + super (paid weekly) Brisbane CBD location with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days working from home, 2 days in the office).
The team's office days are Wednesday and Thursday.
Immediate start available (Can be flexible to work with some notice periods) Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and email enquiries from customers in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Provide clear,



consultative support by guiding customers through processes with step-by-step instructions.
Accurately update customer information and maintain CRM records.
Assist customers with setting up their accounts (this is not a sales role).
Respond to customer enquiries, provide updates and expected timeframes, and resolve complaints or escalations in a professional manner.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an office-based customer service role, ideally within a contact centre environment where you managed a high volume of phone enquiries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
A positive, customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm in a quick-paced environment.
