The Opportunity As the Legal Practice Manager of our Personal Injury team, you'll shape team performance, uplift client outcomes and contribute to a practice grounded in fairness, accountability and justice.
With support from General Manager, Alice Tan, you'll lead a high performing WorkCover and TAC team while continuing to progress and resolve matters for clients.
Working alongside a team passionate about making a meaningful difference, you'll drive capability, engagement and performance while helping clients access the justice they deserve.
With compassion, connection and purpose, you'll truly champion our clients by: Cultivating strong relationships within Shine to uphold a cohesive and motivated team.
Marketing your own personal brand, and that of the branch, to successfully help our clients and secure new cases.
Actively supporting and coaching your team to guarantee effective time recording, timeliness and satisfied clients.
Providing operational oversight and effectively managing budgets and team performance.
Progressing and resolving WorkCover and TAC cases.
Providing the legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain maximum compensation.
What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you'll have: Significant experience as a personal injury litigation solicitor.
Desire to grow and coach a thriving team.




A solid understanding of, and ability to interpret relevant legislation and legal documentation.
A commitment to truly connect with those around you and work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
