Job Duties: Reporting to the Payroll Lead and working closely with the wider Finance team, your responsibilities will include: End-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-site workforce Interpreting and applying relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislation Processing new starters, employee variations, terminations and payroll adjustments Completing payroll reconciliations and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance Responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and internal stakeholders Assisting with month-end, year-end and statutory payroll reporting Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data Working closely with HR and Finance to support payroll reporting and workforce data Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies Candidate Profile:
