Reporting directly to a supportive Group CFO, you will become part of a close-knit finance team of six, playing a key role in the delivery month end, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Management Accounting: Prepare monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
Budgeting Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections, identifying risks and opportunities across the business.
Financial Controls Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards,



company policies, and internal controls, while supporting audit requirements and statutory reporting obligations.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and corporate stakeholders to provide financial guidance, investigate variances, and support strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and system efficiencies to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Strong understanding of month-end accounting processes and financial reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and analytical ability A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow Highly Regarded: Degree, CA or CPA qualified, part-qualified, or currently studying Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment What's In It For You?
