You will join the development team in a mature, well-funded highly successful Australian company that provides ERP solutions specifically to the residential aged care sector.
Headquartered in Sydney with a geographically dispersed workforce this progressive, high energy business is building a special product development team and is looking for an aged-care finance subject matter expert to make sure they build the right things, build them the right way, and produce the right data on the other side.
You Have deep experience in a finance function – you understand how a finance system works end-to-end and can read an output and tell when something isn't right.
Have a technical mind that thinks in data structures, rules, conditions, and edge cases.
You are probably curious how your systems work behind the scenes.
An exposure to aged care – you know what AN-ACC funding, means-tested fees, and claiming are, and how they affect billing.

hungry to learn and self-directed What the role involves Embedded in the build team you help define the detailed requirements before development, design and runs test scenarios, validates outputs, assumptions, and calculations, and documents the decisions made along the way.
The team has a clear direction and domain knowledge with senior oversight giving input daily.
You will work in the detail, every day.
The dev team's speed depends on it; you are the person who gives them fast validation, fast clarification, and fast answers when they need them.
