About the role MSS Security is seeking Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport in a permanent part time position.
In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport setting.
Duties include but are not limited to: Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently Maintain a high standard of customer service Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.
Requirements:



Full Australian working rights Valid Driver's license Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational roster.
