As a Projects Team Leader, you'll: Lead and support a team of Project Specialists who assist Commercial Account Executives in providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial customer orders, ensuring enquiries are handled, sales orders are processed, purchase orders are raised, and service calls are managed.
Build and manage solid, lasting relationships with key commercial accounts, builders, developers, and industry manufacturers.
Communicate regularly with customers and construction site managers regarding project progress, delivery planning, and issue resolution.




Collaborate closely with transport and logistics teams well in advance to coordinate site-specific delivery requirements.
Work closely with internal business units to ensure an exceptional, seamless end-to-end experience for commercial clients.
Liaise directly with manufacturers to negotiate and manage stock availability and delivery timeframes.
You'll have: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or commercial project support.
Knowledge of white goods, with an understanding of plumbing products being highly regarded.
High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and MS Office.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A collaborative, team-player mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
