We're looking for a Business Analyst (5–7 years' experience) to join our growing consulting practice.

The Role This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in evolving delivery environments where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes are critical.
You'll be responsible for: Facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements Performing gap analysis and producing high-quality business requirements documentation Documenting customer journeys, user stories and business process maps Supporting solution design and providing clarification to development and testing teams Developing and leading UAT and Business Verification Testing (BVT), including defect triage and reporting Support UX design activities through business analysis Review solution architecture,



detailed designs and build documentation Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes Supporting release planning, business readiness, training materials and deployment activities About You You'll bring: 5–7 years' Business Analyst experience delivering technology or business transformation projects Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in rapid-paced, evolving environments A cooperative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes Why Terra Firma?
