Part of Australia's favourite donut and coffee chain, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality donuts, cold coffee, and treats to our local community in this vibrant historical Pilbara mining region.
We're now looking for an experienced Retail supervisor to lead our team and drive the continued success of our store.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customers receive prompt assistance and high-quality products and services.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare staff rosters, allocate daily duties, and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient store operations.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, staff development, and workplace relations, including resolving employee concerns where required.
Take feedback from customers regarding our special items such as hot dogs and frappes.
Coach and mentor team members on customer service standards, sales techniques, and handling complex customer transactions.
Assess returned merchandise and determine appropriate outcomes in accordance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktakes,



and coordinate the ordering and replenishment of stock.
Ensure products are accurately priced, well-presented, and displayed in accordance with merchandising standards.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, security, and company operational procedures.
Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience (essential) Australian citizens are encouraged to apply and will be given priority Minimum Diploma qualification required.
