What you'll be doing: Building pipelines that take data in, validate and enrich it, then produce a final output Converting old fee structures to a recent system using configurable mapping rules Calculating tiered pricing, tax treatment,



and multi part payment splits in code Checking data quality row by row and producing reconciliation reports Writing tests that compare pipeline output against known good results over time Managing reference data covering roughly a hundred different fee types Working closely with a product team rather than delivering in isolation What we need to see: Strong Python, comfortable keeping things lean rather than reaching for heavy libraries Experience rebuilding business critical logic from an old system onto something new Real experience coding financial calculations, not just reporting on them Reconciliation or audit style reporting you've built yourself Solid SQL and comfort managing structured reference data A genuine track record of testing data pipelines properly AWS experience, though not necessarily with the big managed data platforms Bonus points: Background in payments, banking, or billing systems Experience in a regulated financial environment Exposure to tax treatment inside financial systems Apply For Job
