YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued lawyer in the Commercial/Insolvency Litigation division, reporting to the Litigation Partner, you will relish the challenge+ stimulating variety servicing many high quality clients (predominantly businesses).
Specifically , you will be engaging in dispute resolution/litigation in respect of all sorts of commercial disputes (eg commercial contracts, debt recovery, intellectual property , employment, property/leasing/construction, franchises, partnership/director/shareholders disputes, consumer/trade practices etc) and insolvency law (eg voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations, creditors' rights and obligations, unsecured recoveries, security enforcement, winding up proceedings,



recovery of assets, restructure of companies under stress).

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted NSW lawyer with minimum 2+ years experience post-admission (up to Associate level); have solid commercial litigation experience with strong advocacy+ negotiation skills (essential)+ insolvency litigation experience (preferable NOT essential); are a high performer with an 'inner-drive' committed to excellence +success; you work hard + desire to be rewarded too ; are results-oriented with positive energy+ highly adaptable; are hungry to ADVANCE your career long-term with a 1st-Class firm that offers a refreshing 'no-ceilings' +open+ collaborative forward-thinking culture.
