Requirements
Experience in a busy restaurant or bar, ideally at a
supervisor or senior floor staff level
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Leadership qualities, including training and managing junior staff
Bar experience and wine knowledge are an advantage, but not essential
