The Opportunity
Our
**** NSW Finance Graduate Program
is now open! We are looking for recent business, commerce, and economics graduates who are ready to build a career that matters with a market‐leading developer known for sustainability and innovation.
Based in our Rhodes Office, this comprehensive 18‐month program consists of three six‐month rotations designed to give you deep exposure across our business. Alongside real‐world deal and project experience, you will participate in a bespoke development program designed to fast‐track your skills and set you up for long‐term career success with us at the completion of the program.
How you will make an impact
Rotational Development:
Immerse yourself in the full property financial cycle through three distinct six‐month rotations bridging Business Finance, Financial Accounting and FP&A.;
End‐to‐End Finance Accountabilities:
Gain valuable experience in wide ranging finance activities, from month / year‐end planning and execution,



through to budgeting and forecasting for project lifecycle and 5‐year plan periods.
Reporting & Analysis:
Partner closely with project and business teams to deliver accurate monthly results, divisional forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance analysis.
Strategic Planning:
Support Group forecasting, Corporate reporting, and key business planning initiatives across our diverse portfolio.
What you'll bring
To be eligible for the **** intake, you will bring:
Education:
A completed Business, Commerce, or Economics degree majoring in Accounting (completed within 24 months of the program start, with all studies finished by January ****).
Growth Mindset:
A strong desire to undertake (or currently undertaking) your CA or CPA qualifications.
Technical Skills:
Solid financial analytical skills paired with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a record of academic success.
Attributes:
An enthusiastic, self‐motivated, and reliable attitude, with a commitment to being a dedicated team player looking to make a meaningful impact.
Availability:
The ability to commence a full‐time role by February ****.
